One of the foundations for our endeavor is the skill to efficiently plan, lead and manage projects. This is the reason we invest great care in hand-picking and choosing our project managers. Individual merit is naturally a prerequisite, however the ambition to establish a well-functioning teamwork where only the best is good enough is essential to us. Our project managers possess both the experience and the qualifications for small as well as large projects to be left perfectly safe in our hands. Project management within event production implies for instance the following:
- Producing the right ideas together with Dreambag’s creative team for your next event
- Creating budgets and reducing costs for events
- Negotiating and establishing favorable contracts with suppliers
- Working out Gantt- and planning charts
- Reporting regularly to all involved parties within the project
- Convening and inviting to meetings
To make this possible Dreambag works with both internationally recognized systems as well as our own which we have worked out for specific local conditions. This enables us to work with efficiency and will benefit our clients by providing high quality at a limited cost. And not the least – a safe journey to the goal ahead.
One might naturally think that Dreambag only supplies overall solution-packages, but the fact is that in just about 30% of our tasks it is primarily our know-how within effective project management which is sought after. In these cases we work with suppliers who already are under contract with our clients. This mode of operation is common not the least with municipalities, counties and bigger corporations where LOU and other general agreement policies must be taken into account.
In practical terms this means that we are used to quickly integrating with existing project groups and ways of team working. Clients will in this way not have to order a full solution package from Dreambag to gain access to our golden nuggets and the established experience.
